Located on the Playa Macenas Beach Resort, this is a fabulous, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with wifi and wonderful sea views for letfeThe Lounge and dining room are well proportioned. The lounge area has a sofas coffee table and 45″ Flat Screen TV (UK & Spanish channels). The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs and a dresser. Patio doors from the lounge to the terrace. Terrace furniture includes a round table and 6 chairs – an ideal place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

The second bedroom is also a double, next to the second bathroom which has a shower, w/c, and washbasin. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board, etc.

The terrace areas have sea and mountain views. Terrace furniture includes table and 6 chairs. There are 5 swimming pools within 3 minutes walk of the apartment with one 40 yards away which can be seen down on from terrace area in the apartment.

This is a great location for a family holiday or a golfing break.  The nightlife of Mojacar provides an endless supply of evening entertainment in the form of restaurants, bars, and clubs. For the family there are numerous swimming pools on the resort plus off resort there is 17km of unspoiled beaches to choose from, two great water parks, go-karting and also the mini Hollywood Studios at the Tabernas Desert.
